The 14th Annual call for nominations is now open!
Nomination due date: January 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

The Arctic Inspiration Prize has three prize categories.

Each prize category has two documents: a nomination guide and a nomination template. Nomination Guides contain important information about each prize category, including the eligibility and selection criteria, how to get feedback on your project idea’s eligibility by submitting a letter of intent, how to submit a nomination, etc. Nomination Templates are the editable documents that teams download, complete with their information, then submit to the Arctic Inspiration Prize as the nomination package. Teams must use the Nomination Templates provided.

We’ve created a new Excel tool to assist you in calculating your project budget. Please note that you must add all budget details to the budget table in the Nomination Template before submitting your nomination.

These documents will be updated every prize cycle. It is important that you use the current prize cycle’s template.
